My house is at 2308 E Linden Hill Drive in the Stands. In the open area behind my house, which borders on the Stands Drive there is a manhole labelled "sanitary sewer". Nearby that manhole there are 3 or 4 apparent sink holes (one about 18 inches deep) that seem to have formed recently. They may have no connection with the sewer system, but I suggest that they be checked out to make certain that there is not a leak of some kind, that could cause more damage. I saw people at Bryan Park yesterday with lawn chairs. They had open cans (unidentifiable as to whether it was alcohol or not) and were smoking right next tot he kids play area (where the crocodile? bench was). I was wondering if people were allowed to smoke in the park and whether people are allowed to consume alcohol at the park. If they are not allowed to, how can I report this problem in a timely manner? Thank you.

4600 E Morningside, some of worst sidewalk deterioration I've seen in town. I understand cutting homeowners slack at times, but please make this commercial property owner fix this to be accessible to wheelchairs and comparable again. I understand that we are following a stay at home order. Yet when I went for a run today I saw guys working on construction at the City's Switchyard park and many other sites across the city, trees are being trimmed on many roads in the city, and near the Kroger on South Walnut the tire store was open, the verizon store was open, of course the Kroger was open, and the daycare center up the street had a bunch of cars and kids playing in their playground. What's going on? It is disconcerting to say the least. thank you.
