Other: Can we get some attention on the empty giant boxes in East Bloomington? Kmart and Marsh? Maybe vacancy tax or financial incentives? But been years now. Bad for the area and whole town to just sit on good land in decent area not being used.

Hi, Thank you for your note. The KMart site is under contract by a private developer for not-too-future development. The Marsh site will likely be redeveloped as well given the new hospital. It goes without saying, now is not a great time to consider vacancy tax or other short-term punitive measures. Thanks again, Alex
