Biking & Walking:

Other: This is a persistent issue. Bike lanes and sidewalks (near the Lark apartments) are regularly blocked by shopping carts from Target, Bloomingfoods, and sometimes kroger. It is dangerous and especially at night. Abandoned carts are a feature near the Fields, the Monroe, Covenanter Hill, the Lark, but this bike lane and the Clarizz multi use path are the most problematic locations to abandon them. Please contact the Lark to prevent the obstructions in the future.
