Dangerous biking behaviors on walking/biking trail between Olcott Park and Sherwood Oaks Park. Can signs be placed to instruct cyclists to 1. slow down for pedestrians 2. signal by bell or voice if passing from behind 3. be prepared to stop should it be necessary. A woman and her daughter came down the path at a high speed, did not announce their presence, and almost ran over our 5 year old granddaughter. Education concerning bicycling etiquette might help. Grass killed by large piece of equipment left on the turf which should have been left on the street. This occurred during water main replacement over late summer. Requesting repair

Trash has been sitting outside in recycling bins for over a month. Saw a rat by the bins on 10/10/23. This is one of many Jeff Jones affiliated rentals in the neighborhood. He has been called in for violations way to often and should not be allowed to have rental properties in the city.
