Streets are still unplowed in the downtown neighborhood of McDoel Gardens four days after a snow emergency was declared. Residents do not appreciate that basic services have been dropped now that the hospital has moved. We are still paying taxes in part to support basic city services.
Again, house at corner Winding Way and Stoneycrest is totally overgrown with weeds, grass, and junk shrubs that have nearly taken over the house. Please make homeowner do better!

Stop sign is obscured by tree limbs.
Traffic signal is not working properly. Left turn signals for east-west and north-south traffic cycle through, whether there is traffic in those turn lanes or not. This impairs flow of traffic.

The area of Tapp Road all along the golf course needs repaired very badly. It is horrible driving down through there. You have to drive almost against the curb and edge of road to avoid anything.
Multiple potholes and areas of damaged and/or uneven road between Winslow/Walnut intersection and second I-69 roundabout on Tapp Road. Entire area badly needs repaved.
