Follow-up on Report #185258 – Assistance needed, please forward to Ms. Elizabeth Carter. Dear Ms. Carter, Thank you for your prompt response to case #185258. We seek your continued guidance regarding the issue outlined in the initial message. The eroded drainage-way section lies outside our rental property's limits. After discussions with all relevant property owners (1912 E Wexley Rd, 1920 E Wexley Rd and 3020 Stratford Dr), we've concluded that this affected section of the drainage-way, causing flooding, might not be on our properties. This is reinforced by utility bollards adjacent to the eroded zone, demarcated by an extra fence. Suspicions arise from recently installed storm drain pipes on E Wexley, which appear to now funnel excessive water into this drainage-way, exacerbating erosion on both sides and ultimately flooding our properties. We kindly request the City of Bloomington's experts to determine ownership of the eroded section accurately and provide expert advice, ideally from an engineer, on addressing the heightened drainage flow, which is beyond our control. I forgot to report this at 10pm last night when I observed it. I have not gone by this morning to see if it is still an issue. But, as of yesterday, S. Rogers Street was a mess from the construction site. It was covered in gravel and mud. It was very dangerous in a car and would likely cause bicycle and motorcycle accidents. They apparently do not have a tire washout station setup because they dragged the mess into the road and made it everyone else's problem.

An anonymous constituent called ESD and reported an issue with this property. There is constant construction/farm equipment being moved around in a way that has become troublesome as it seems a business is being run out of the property. The zoning for the land is PUD. Also, there is parking on unimproved surfaces and oil leakages. Thank you for looking into this.

Looks like beavers have built a dam at the small pond between E Creeks Edge Rd and Creeks Edge Path where it empties into the East Fork Jackson Creek. Pond appears high and creek appears low as a result.

We recently had a tree removed from the spot shown,  as well as having a tree trimmed on the other side of our driveway. The tree that was removed was rotted out as it was deemed unsafe. We moved to this location in 2019 with a new baby on the way. Fast forward 2 years and just after the tree was removed by the City  of Bloomington, our now 2 y/o plays in front of our house and has now fallen multiple times because of the drop off on the sidewalk due to the tree roots that have lifted the sidewalk. Additionally, small animals have now made this area their home. This is the same problem on the opposite side of our driveway by the electrical boxes due to overgrown root systems of trees that were frankly too large to plant in there specific spots.The lift in the sidewalk from the tree roots has caused a major trip/fall hazards that are at least a 6in drop. Please advise.

There are no sewer drains for rain water. It all pools around my yard every time it rains. The road is worn down from trucks so the water just stays there for days eating away at my yard. I even see there's a line item on my water bill where I pay for run off water...why am I paying for it to just flood my yard? I've written about this once before because I also think a curb around my property would also help the problem.

this whole area along walnut where community dealrship and jeep and kia, are the curbs and street are filled with grass and debris. who ever mows this does it on sat afternoon and sundays. they always fill the street with grass. it clogs up the sewer drains and looks awafull. i talked to someone at the dealership a couple of times. i told them they need to talk to the mowing guy. but they never do anything. thx hope it can get cleaned up, and find out whos doing the mowing and teel them not to do this.
