The storm water drain located at the front of the house is flooding. I have cleaned the area, however its an issue in heavy rains. I have reported this issue previously as well. North Washington Street has not been plowed once in the past month. When we had 1 foot of snow on Monday snow plows never came. Just yesterday I had to push 4 different cars that got stuck on the street and now today it is snowing more. I can't make it to the end of the street to my house. Please come plow the part of N Washington that is a dead end south of 19th street.

Hi, My water connection was cut off because I lost my card and couldn't make payment. I'm charged some$90 fee for this. I've been and to pay my bill today. I'm already going through depression. I'm an international student at IU.I request the department to please waive this fee. I'll make sure it never happens again.

None of the sidewalks (where they even exist) on 17th 18th and 19th street between Dunn and walnut have curb drops. In addition, the sidewalks are completely unkempt and in places unusable. As a wheelchair user who works at City Hall, this poses a major threat to my wellbeing when trying to walk to work or elsewhere in the community.
