Water has been off for over a week, roomate has been in contact with someone trying to turn it back on for days but we are still without water
Water pipe froze and busted over winter break. IU real estate said to let you know so adjustments can be made.

I have moved from this address. I canceled service on 11/3/22 with Confirmation ID: 194967-2493. The last payment I made was 12/6/22. However, I just received a bill for 1/1/22 to 1/31/22 (yes, the bill says 2022, not 2023) on this address. I do not think I owe the money on this bill and now would like to question if I did owe the money that I paid back on 12/6/22. My new address is 5696 S Handy Road, for reference. Hi, My water connection was cut off because I lost my card and couldn't make payment. I'm charged some$90 fee for this. I've been and to pay my bill today. I'm already going through depression. I'm an international student at IU.I request the department to please waive this fee. I'll make sure it never happens again.

Despite never receiving any specific notice about the termination of the aqua pay system for my utility account, I was removed from the aqua pay program and thus 2 subsequent bills went unpaid, and our water was shut off for delinquency. I then had to pay $45 each for a water shutoff and turn on fee. I do not believe that it is my responsibility to foot this fee when I was under the impression that my autopay would be the method with which my bill would be paid off. In addition, the water was shut off at my house after 4:15 PM, meaning there was no way for me to contact the utilities office and request my water to be turned back on same day if I were to have paid off the balance immediately.
The last few months I have been notified that my water meter was running very high, possible leaks. I am usually 1,000 gallon water user but last month bill was over $140, and today (Nov. 10/2022) my bill is$364.97. My HOA and myself have spent around $8,000 and find no water leaks. Eventually, I got a new water line, with a lot of pain. I need compensation for those huge water bill, the water that I did not use. I called few times and suggested that the meter was malfunctioning, maybe? Any way, I am a senior and retired and won't be able to pay those bill in full. Please help. Thank you so m
The person who is manager of the property has had the water company stop our service for no reason! We have been without water for two weeks now and with the cold weather we are sure the pipes are busted. We just need to be able to pay our bill and have water turned back on!
