HAND has left a notice on the "front door" of this house (12th Street side), but the actual door that is used to get into the house is the deck door off the alley. Current tenants probably will never see the notice unless it is moved to the door that they use.
See case #188873. Yard still needs cutting. It is not apparent that the person the original case was assigned to has done anything about it, though it has been two weeks.
Yew bush/tree has grown out so far that it halfway blocks the sidewalk. This makes for a dangerous situation at night because the sidewalk is in really bad shape at the same location. Those two things together pose a major trip hazard if people have to navigate around the yew in the dark and also have to watch their step on the crumbling sidewalk.
Has any action been taken (or at least a decision made) about case #188674?
Tenants leaving trash bins and bags of trash on sidewalk and street (west side of property on Lincoln).
Wrong address associated with Issue# 171653. It should have been associated with the yellow house on the NE corner of Lincoln and Cottage Grove.

Open bags of trash and litter lying against north side of house, visible from Lincoln. Also, tenants are storing trash bins on sidewalk.
Overflowing trash outside of the cecelia lodge, next door to time & tide tattoo. Monster can, no numbers seen on it.
