This is my 3rd complaint about dogs barking and howling during the day and at night. I have received answers from Animal Control that the owners promised to get park colors. Either they are not working or it did not happen. We need our sleep at night, and we want to enjoy our yard during the day. One of our neighbors has recordings and has also filed multiple complaints. We would really like your help, again. And please do not placate us again that you have talked to the owners. They seem reticent to input. All of us look forward to a permanent solution. Every car that runs over this manhole cover (center of pic) makes the cover give off aloud clacking sound—it’s loose. Just thought I’d mention it in case the is a potential problem. Thanks for the great resurfacing job!!
