Dog repeatedly off leash. Defecting in neighborhood. Owner is not even outside. No where to be seen. Doesn't care. The dog could be hit by a car and would never know.
At 7am this morning, a racoon was eating the cat food we put out on our front porch. This has happened a couple of times in the past, but this racoon was acting different, staying in broad daylight and not running away when I yelled at it. Instead, it hissed at me.
There are multiple dogs residing in a very dilapidated trailer. The dogs escape from their pen outside regularly and are often let outside off leash, as well. These dogs run daily down the road towards heavily trafficked areas, including running on Country Club Rd and S. Rogers St.
There are 3 dogs tied up 2 doors down. They put them out early in the morning and they bark all day long all evening long. They bark constantly. We can hear them in our home all the time. There is a pit bull dog at this house which is a threat to public safety. The dog has run at me on the street while I'm walking by. Also, this dog barks extremely loudly at 5:45 am and keeps my elderly husband from sleeping through the night.
This guy leaves his 2 dogs tied up out in the yard ALL the time. They get tangled up together and choke each other. They are without water. I was told that after multiple complaints, Animal Control went there, but nothing was resolved. The people who own the home bought it for their son to live in. They have PLENTY of money to put in a fence, and should be told to do so. These dogs are outside barking all night. PLEASE do something! Thank you!
Dogs have been out barking for the past 3 hours. They are tied up in the back yard without food or water. Owners are neglecting or ignoring them. Very disruptful and the animals are clearly not being taken care of.
