They often park on the side of the road in the easement and in front of the mailbox on Hopewell Street, blocking access to the mailbox. They also park on the corner of 8th and Hopewell Streets making it difficult to see traffic turning onto Hopewell and it makes it hard to see when turning onto 8th St. There are big, muddy ruts in the easement along side this property from where they park there. There are often 3-4 vehicles parked there at any given time.

People from this address continue to park in the easement on Habitat Street making it difficult to turn from Habitat Street onto 8th and from 8th onto Habitat Street. This is not a parking location and there is plenty of parking on 8th Street!

The red Chrysler in the image has repeatedly been parking illegally on the yellow curb in front of our unit for months. We have left notes and tried to be cordial, but they continue to do so and it has blocked the trash truck/delivery trucks from being able to come down our street on occasion. Additionally, it makes it extremely difficult to get in and out of the neighborhood. There is plenty of other legal street/guest parking nearby or directly across the street. Wrecked and abandoned green Honda has been parked along the north side of 12th St that weeds are growing up through the road around it. The plate sticker is 2019. Junk car needs to be removed.

Cars parked in driveway block sidewalk, pedestrians have to exit sidewalk into the roadway to walk around obstruction. Motorists speeding on Maxwell lane make this very dangerous.
