Parking on Unimproved Surface:

Other: They often park on the side of the road in the easement and in front of the mailbox on Hopewell Street, blocking access to the mailbox. They also park on the corner of 8th and Hopewell Streets making it difficult to see traffic turning onto Hopewell and it makes it hard to see when turning onto 8th St. There are big, muddy ruts in the easement along side this property from where they park there. There are often 3-4 vehicles parked there at any given time.
