A personal motor vehicle is parked on the public multi-use path, blocking access for pedestrians and cyclists. This is a recurring ongoing issue at this address. I have previously left notes on improperly parked vehicles at this residence.
I'm a physically disabled and legally blind single woman on own who gets help regularly from caretakers, others. They oftentimes take m places as well. I have mobility issues not only to my vision but also to my varied forms of arthritis so it is diffu for me to walk. Though I have a driveway in the back of my rental house to it being on a hill with steps to access the driveway my caretakers, others who help me park in the front to make it easier for me. I'm aware it is city street parking but others have continually parked very close to my house in the front making it very difficult for my help to park to be accessible for me to enter their vehicles. There is a sewer drain that the help often have to park on in order to park in front of my house. I have contacted the off site management on the matters they are going to do nothing to is city streets unfortunately. Thank you very much
at 1807 E. Wexley Road there are two wave runner/skee-doos parked at the residential curb. They have never been moved for at least two years.
Veo electric bike completely blocking the sidewalk on Kinser near the Kroger.
Car blocked across the new side path on south high street, completing blocking access. This is just south of Queens Way, didn't get exact address.
These scooters have been sitting in this area for at least 8 days. There is no sidewalk on the south side of 1st St., so pedestrians on the sidewalk have to contend with the scooters. I personally have moved them of the walk and out of the street in the last several days. They are potentially a hazard for students walking to/from Rogers & Binford schools.
Two cars are parked in front of 1935 E 2nd Street, completely t blocking the sidewalk on a busy street. (They even have a driveway on Anita that is empty.)
