Other: I'm a physically disabled and legally blind single woman on own who gets help regularly from caretakers, others. They oftentimes take m places as well. I have mobility issues not only to my vision but also to my varied forms of arthritis so it is diffu for me to walk. Though I have a driveway in the back of my rental house to it being on a hill with steps to access the driveway my caretakers, others who help me park in the front to make it easier for me. I'm aware it is city street parking but others have continually parked very close to my house in the front making it very difficult for my help to park to be accessible for me to enter their vehicles. There is a sewer drain that the help often have to park on in order to park in front of my house. I have contacted the off site management on the matters they are going to do nothing to is city streets unfortunately. Thank you very much
