Apparently I wasn't clear in my first report. Both my husband and I had the data from our credit cards captured in one of the downtown parking meters - not the card itself. This resulted in fraudulent charges on our checking account and the need to cancel and replace the card. This is a serious issue, making the credit card option for the meters unsafe. Is there a way that the data can be encoded so that it can't be captured electronically?

I just received a notice of overdue citation for license plate QQ3461 which I just paid. I have never seen a ticket so I would like the a copy of the original emailed to aperez5@its.jnj.com or mailed to 3026 Covington Manor Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46814. Ive never even received any late notices so I find this to be a little suspicious. TY Alfredo Perez

Hello I received a notice that I was past due on a parking citation. I sent payment and a message requesting a copy of the ticket since I never saw one. I did receive a message from RayAnne Cox letting me know a copy was sent, but I have yet to receive it. Can someone please confirm if it was sent by mail or email? TY

Bright lights over the garage are not shaded or pitched downward, go on at dusk and stay on all night, shining in windows and are a nuisance.

This individual parked blocking my driveway at 912 East Maxwell Lane overnight. I will be sending a second report to demonstrate where their vehicle was left overnight. This is unacceptable and obviously hazardous behavior.
