The south elevator numbering does not match the parking level numbers, you press 4 and end up on parking level 5, to get to parking level 7 you have to press 6. The north elevator numbering is correct

We have one fire hydrant on this street. People visit those who live in 520 Duncan drive often park on top of a side walk, halfway in the street, and very close to the hydrant. This happens almost every night. There are two no parking signs on the street. There is a gray car there now, in front of the fire hydrant. I expect to see one there Saturday morning and Sunday morning as well, as usual.
People park on both sides of W. Howe St. and it causes many issues with traffic turning onto the street from both S. rogers st and S. Madison St. Please consider fixing this before there are more accidents.

I would like to lodge a complaint about the process for renewing a visitor parking permit. We have lived at the same house since 2005 and have applied for a permit every year. Nothing, apart from our age, has changed. Why does the process have to be so onerous and annoying when every detail has remained the same? All we need to do is pay!
