Switchyard Dog Park needs a hose or more accessible water spout/fountain installed for large communal (dog) water bowls. Ferguson model works well. An awning that actually provides shade (current one does not) would also be wonderful. Thank you :)

The walking path/trail along Sare Road has been overgrown with weeds and growth all summer long. It's now narrowing the trail in certain areas so much that it's almost one way. This has caused issues with bicycle riders and walkers as well as trouble maintaining social distancing. It would be great if the sides of trail could be trimmed like the Creeks Edge Path. Thank you.

I Googled "Bloomington Rail Trail" and it shows up under the City Parks Department, as I thought was the case. So, I am submitting this report for the City, even though it is along a County road. The crossing of the Rail Trail at Rogers street south of Gordon Pike and north of That Road (which road? That Road) is overgrown on the southeast side of the crossing. When driving on Rogers from the south headed north, it is difficult to see the trail and trail users on the east side of Rogers. People drive fast on this part of Rogers. Can the city clean up this line of sight issue so people are safer crossing the road? Thanks.
What improvement is in store for the Bryan Park tennis court? It's a good social distancing sport. Could this work have waited till Fall?
Overgrown tree is dangerously close to our house. Its root system is damaging our driveway, is intertwined with our electrical boxes, and have roots hitting our house. We are requesting the removal of the tree and roots and the replanting of a new one. Please advise as we want to ensure that the overgrowth doesn't overlap with the winter months. A tree in the berm or curb strip appears to be dying and may need to be removed. I've been told these trees are the responsibility of the city. Can someone look at it and remove it if necessary? In addition, there are a few other trees on my lot which are very close to the road, and I don't know if they belong to me or the city. Can someone provide insight about this for me? Thank you.
People using the field at RCA Park as a dog park; two bully-breed dogs off leash. Owners were smoking on park grounds and did not pick up dog feces. The dogs were not in an enclosed area and at one point ran onto the playground where there were small children playing. This was extremely unsafe. Dog owners drive a large red ford truck with black trim. License plate CBL917. Please investigate so these people know not to do this again. I fear for the safety of the people who visit the park. Thank you!
