Greetings: I am the Director of the Farmer House Museum and I would like to address the safety concern in our ally that connect between Morton and College at 10th Street. I have a detailed video taken by our board member that shows the area of concern and safety. We have applied for an AARP grant to secure funding to repair and update the parking pad and the alley inbetween the Woodburn House and the Farmer House museum. I work in the County Government Center on the north end of the Showers Building. The HVAC unit associated with the City of Bloomington Government Center is creating so much noise that it is audible in my office. This is a public nuisance. Even to walk into the Showers Building at the 10th Street entrance is almost unbearable due to the screeching, incessant noise. Nobody should have to hear that awful noise. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to some peace and quiet. Curious to know when this HVAC unit was installed and if it is slated for replacement anytime soon.

Do you spray for mosquitoes?
Is there a way to keep street people from rummaging through apartment complex dumpsters in the middle of the night? They make a lot of noise and leave a mess behind and if ask them to stop they yell and threaten people. Is it a crime? If so, does management or property owners need to report them or can tenants/neighbors call the police?
Yard is completely overgrown--it looks like a jungle.
