Both garbage and recycling bin lids have been broken for about a year. Recently, the recycling lid disappeared. I assume it got dumped into the truck, since it wasn't attached. At pickup today I noticed my recycling had not been picked up. Is it because there was no lid? How am I supposed to get new, functioning lids?

I own four apartments at 813-819 S Washington through Yukon Properties, LLC. We recently received a notice about trash cans not being timely removed from street side. Can you provide the serial numbers for the trash cans that were issued to each apartment: #813 #815 #817 #819 Once we know the specific serial numbers we can make sure each unit is responsible and accountable for their cans. Damaged recycling bin, cart missing wheel and need replacement

For the past two weeks our trash and recycle have not been picked up, but our neighbors have. We have paid our bill and we have followed all of the rules listed on your website. The only problem I can see is perhaps the trash and recycle cans were too close to each other, but they had been moved (over 4 feet apart from each other) prior to this Monday morning pick up. We would like our things to be taken, and if possible before the next weekly pick up. Thank you!
