Observed city sanitation personnel leaving trash in their wake as they did the weekly collection. I had guessed this was happening, but finally saw with my own eyes. Often they leave the emptied bins in lanes of travel as well, when the bins were not set in the road. FYI - just hoping this can be improved so our neighborhood is free of litter.
Apologies if this is the wrong category. Target shopping carts abandoned on Hillsdale Court. I have attempted several times to report to Target, with no answers to the advertised phone number over several days. The carts have been there at least 3 weeks.

I actually had entered the address in the window of the original request, but somehow it disappears (I had to enter it twice). When I came out to retrieve y recycling cart, it had only been partly emptied and was still half full with cardboard and paper. Can you return for a pickup—I left the cart by the street at the end of the driveway. I am not at home right now, but will include a photo later today if needed. Than you much, Susanne.
Our trash can lid was damaged this morning during pick up. One of the hinges was broken. It was fully operational when it was placed at the curb last night. How can this be repaired? 2006 S Sussex.

Not sure which category this falls under. Eight (!) trash bins are lying on the sidewalk (south side of Cottage Grove, just east of Walnut), completely blocking pedestrian traffic. It isn't really a busy street and it's one-way so not a huge problem for most people who can step around them off the curb into the street, but people in wheelchairs or with strollers would not be able to navigate the area.
Both garbage and recycling bin lids have been broken for about a year. Recently, the recycling lid disappeared. I assume it got dumped into the truck, since it wasn't attached. At pickup today I noticed my recycling had not been picked up. Is it because there was no lid? How am I supposed to get new, functioning lids?
