Behind 618 E Moss Creek Ct, there is debris that needs to be picked up from the stone facing fence, sidewalk and street. I was told this is City property. Please have this area cleaned up. Thank you.

Accessible parking spot is inaccessible with piles of snow
After the snow storm two weeks ago, the street in front of my house was cleared, but not the dead end part of Brookside Drive that is beside my house. I e-mailed Joe Van Deventer, Director of Street Operations, to ask if that was an error or a new policy. I received no reply. I need to know the answer, so that I can attempt to reverse the policy if the policy for clearing snow from dead end streets has changed. As you can see in the satellite photo, I was forced to hand shovel 40 yards of Brookside Dr. to "get out" even 2-3 days after the snow storm.

Once again asking the city to fill in this huge rut that was created at the end of my driveway and in front of my mailbox when Winslow rd was repaved. Previously the request was denied saying it was outside the scope of the project, however, the project created the rut during the project work so I'd like the city to fill it in before snow comes and myself, USPS, and delivery trucks get their tire stuck in this hole when delivering mail and turning right.
