On Thursday afternoon, the storm brought down half of our huge sugar maple tree. It fell across the road closing Rockport Rd completely. Neighbors and my husband, Steve Cook, cut and cleared the road. Your road crew came by and put cones on either end of the sidewalk and said they would be back the next day to clear the sidewalk, but they did not come – no blame at all as we are sure they were plenty busy. We wanted to make sure there was a record of this work still needing to be done. Feel free to call and leave a message. An arborist will be coming to ascertain the rest of the tree and the removal of the giant from our yard, although with thunderstorms all Saturday, I don't expect it will be today. Thank you.

We do not get our roads cleared when we have snow. We are not a private road. The neighborhood before us has their own snow removal. Thanks

There is a fallen branch on the sidewalk and treelawn (city easement) in front of my home. It fell from a city tree across the street. Presumably, someone moved it out of the roadway onto my easement. It is not thick, but is large and unwieldy. I do not have a photo I can submit.

This is a school bus stop area and many people walk here. I moved here 2 years ago and have put $250.000 into the house and property. All is looking good but the sidewalk and curb are in shambles. I edge my lawn and take care to make the area look as good as possible for the neighborhood. But the sidewalk and curb are a hazard to anyone walking on it.

Hello. There is a large amount of gravel at the beginning of the sidewalk near switchyard park. My gf's son was biking and he slipped on the gravel while turning onto the sidewalk on their way to the switchyard park. I think it needs to be cleared to prevent similar accident from happening. Snow Hill Rd had been in a desire state for more than 5 years now. In the past 12 months I have blown out 6 tires due to potholes. We who live in this area and have travel Snow hill Rd daily have had enough. Repave this road ASAP. Whoever is in charge of the roads for Monroe county should quit and find a job he or she is capable of doing. Maybe try working at burger king. We shouldn't have to constantly have to report the road issues and nothing gets done except crappy patch work that last maybe a week. Please direct some funds towards repaving snow hill Rd.

The sidewalk and retaining wall along the 9th street area are broken, crumbling, and falling apart. The city fixed the one across the street on 9th and Indiana, but not the one on the northern side of 9th and indiana. There is a trip hazard on this sidewalk. Is there also a way to put in a crosswalk on Indiana? People fly through this area and its not a speedway.

Large bulge in the sidewalk in front of this house at 3201 E Winston Street is very hazardous. (This is not my house).
