The first traffic signal south from 3rd St on College Mall Rd has been malfunctioning for quite a while. Left turn signals are displayed when there are no cars in the turn lane and green lights are displayed for crossing traffic when no crossing vehicles are present. The cross street has no name as far as I can find.

No trucks signs at Allen St. and Patterson Drive are faded. Semi drivers fail to notice them. Get to Allen and Rogers, demolish the stop sign, damage sidewalk and neighbor’s yard.
