Pothole on west third street approximately in front of Master Rental/Culvers. The pothole was deep/big enough that it bent my rim/flattened my tire.

I was walking towards Winslow Sports Complex along Rock Creek Drive (heading west) when I saw a person drive his car on the multi-use path (between the houses) into the park. He turned right on the path and drove to the YMCA parking lot.
Pothole in south bound lane across from Bloomington Hardware
Hit water shut off in street and busted a tire.Would like to get it fixed.
On E Second Street: coming from the intersection with High Street, parallel to the pedestrian bridge, several holes have reappeared again in the middle of the street. Continuing on E Second at the intersection with Arbutus, pothole; continuing towards Eastside Drive, after the intersection several holes on E Second. Continuing towards downtown, between Park and Woodlawn is a manhole cover that is missing part of the pavement that used to be around it.
it seems that the STOP sign has been removed at the exit from Luella's Chicken, heading towards Target, or turning right to go around the corner towards Fresh Thyme.
The street sign for Hampton court has been missing for a few weeks now. I don't know if it was stolen or if you're working on a new one. Just a side note when I moved in my house it was South Hampton court. Same issue the sign was knocked down when it came back a few months later it was North Hampton court. It's been north now for about 16 years no big deal. But just letting you know.
Someone has damaged the street street name signs at the intersection of High Street and Southdowns. They are all bent.
THANK YOU for repairing two sections of sidewalk on Second Street east of S. Park Avenue.
Most audible signals around the square in downtown Bloomington are set too low to hear. As an orientation & mobility instructor it is difficult to train a future IU student how to train for cane and dog use.
