Deep pothole
TWO VERY DEEP HOLES AT THE EAST EDGE OF HIGH STREET A FEW YARDS SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF E. THESE HOLES ARE DEEP AND LARGE ENOUGH TO DESTROY A TIRE OR SUSPENTION OF A VEHICLE. LOSS OF CONTROL IS A CLEAR POSSIBILITY. THE STREET HAS RECENTLY BEEN RE-PAVED AND THE HOLES REMAIN.THEY HAVE EXISTED FOR SEVERAL YEARS. [ ESPECIALLY PROBLEMATIC FOR A RIGHT TURNING VEHICLE ] PLEASE CHECK IT OUT, THANKS
Cbu replaced 3 hydrants during main replacement. These areas need to be replanted . Additionally during one replacement irrigation damage resulted in a $400 charge for repair. We request reimbursement
How can I find out where my water meter is? We don’t see one in our yard and there isn’t anything about it on my portal page. Many thanks!
The storm drain inlet on the east side of S. Sare Rd has been blocked by yard waste. The drain is located south of the intersection of Sare and Spicewood Ln.
The water department dug this hole in my yard along with another huge hole earlier this summer. The other was filled and reseeded but this never was.
Once again the storm sewer drains in front of my house and across the street are clogged with debris. I do my share of keeping the drains free, but I think it is also incumbent upon the City of do its share. Keep in mind that it is now yet the season when falling leaves block drains and before the area between the street and sidewalk are dug up again to have more broadband fiber laid.
This will cave in soon and make a bigger hole.
Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing to report an issue concerning the curb and storm drain located at the southern end of Stratford Dr, in front of our residence (3020 S Stratford Dr, Bloomington IN, 47401). The curb is currently obstructed by leaves, twigs, and organic sediment (as shown in the attached photo), impeding effective drainage during rainfall. As a result, our front yard experiences flooding with every rain shower. We kindly request that the curb and its immediate surroundings be thoroughly cleaned to restore proper drainage functionality. Once this maintenance is completed, we are committed to maintaining the storm drain area to ensure its continued effectiveness. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Gergo Szanda (765 508 9679)
A fairly deep depression suddenly formed in the pavement in the street in front of our house. It currently not very large in diameter, and it is very close to the edge of the road, so I’m not sure it’s that much of a hazard to cars. But it could become a problem If it continues to grow.
