There has been a steadily increasing amount of graffiti on top of the mural on the underpass. Just the other day I saw two spray paint cans.

So the 4th St. garage barrage has yet to stop. Here I am standing atop this structure, howling at the moon like any feral Indiana Kat does, and I see the ease with which someone could make themselves flat as a pancake here in this town I love. Look at that ledge: if it is bar height should it be well to have a rail?

New graffiti (black in color), along with partially cleaned-up graffiti on this wall/sound barrier, between northbound I-69 and Oakdale Square apartments, near the corner of west Bloomfield Road.
Graffiti (black in color) has been on this wall between S Oakdale Drive and W Bloomfield Road for a few months now.
