Other: It has come to the attention of the surrounding neighbors that the owner of the property attempted to evict the tenants with no luck. It is past 30 days to when many of us first learned of this. Since the clearing of the camps at Switchyard there is much more activity at this property. There is a person sleeping in their black car in the driveway. There are people on bikes in and out throughout the day and night. There are dogs without leashes. There are people yelling. The Tenants are running a very large and loud generator from 8am-11pm, so they're aware of the rules. This means no power. From what I understand, they also haven't had water in almost a year. Check previous reports to follow up on that. All of this is causing significant distress and potential health hazards to the surrounding residents. This is a nuisance and a safety concern for everyone. These tenants and the state of the building detracts from the character and well-being of the neighborhood, and despite numerous complaints, no change has been made.

I’ve had some health problems while staying in my apartment here in fountain park apartments due to black mold and a mice infestation. The black mold was found in my kitchen next to the water heater where it had flooded that year and soaked into the wood and rotted. They sprayed it with something to make it go away but I believe it’s still inside of the walls and other parts of the apartment. I’ve been having breathing problems the entire time I’ve stayed here and have documented it all. The apartment manager had someone do an air test inside and outside of the apartment. I don’t feel safe because of my existing health issues and I barely stay in my apartment. My apartment has flooded many times and according to my neighbor this has happened for years because of poor plumbing.

Also, this home has rain gutters and downspouts that go directly into the ground or into areas between the home and neighboring houses - which is causing water damage to the neighboring houses.

Again, please help to rectify this issue and hold the homeowner accountable.) I live near this residence and it is becoming a major problem with yard waste trash. IT IS LITERALLY THE MOST TRASH-RIDDEN PROPERTY IN BLOOMINGTON. This is by far, the worst propert in Bloomington. I've asked multiple times for the city to help, and nobody has done anything. The front and back yards are littered with trash, and junk that he keeps piling up on the property, never attempting to clean up, or remove anything but continuously accumulating more trash. The appliances and items scattered all over the property are filling with water and becoming a breeding ground for mosquitos which when mowing my yard, I'm attacked by swarms of them. This property is becoming a major eye-sore and pain for us on this street. I have asked this person nicely multiple times if they could get this stuff under control, but they refuse. Someone please help us. He seems to believe he lives "In the County" and not the "city" allowing him to live like this. This trash is affected all other residents around him.
