Home owner tries to fix all problems himself although wiring companies seem to be talking to owner. Pointing to roof of house and lines leading to house. Home owner owner of other rentals on S Rogers. This house should be checked to make sure no code violations. Home owner recently blocked house numbers on house. Worried about possible fire and others not being able to report an address.

This building is falling apart and occupied. The gutter fell off the front of the roof 2 years ago and has never been replaced. Since then the roof has started to fall apart. You can see this from the street.
