This trash has been on the rear porch all summer long. Animals have picked at this garbage and spread the debris all around. In addition, the black trash can has been at the curb since last week.

We signed a lease in good standing the day of move in the driveway had large pot holes we have pictures. Rather than pictures I have videos of the property I am renting from Parker Real Estate Management. They have not complied with their end of my lease and I currently have poison ivy and poison oak growing in my yard. I’ve contacted them about the issue and there has been no movement on correcting it. Would really appreciate if an inspector came by as there is also mold growing in the gutters and overall upkeep of the house is concerning. Thank you.
