Residents at 2231 North Martha Street AND at 2229 North Martha Street use 4-5 trash and recycling bins. They keep these bins on the street blocking traffic throughout the week. They do not bring the bins off the street into their property. The street is narrow and blocks traffic especially when these residents park directly under the no parking signs that should otherwise prevent such illegal parkking. I have made this report before

The resident at 2231 is not removing their bloomington trash containers from the street. they use 4-6 containers and they keep them on the street during the entire week. this was already reported as per below. Since there is a new historic survey approved by council, please fix this link: https://bloomington.in.gov/historic-bloomington/survey Also I would strongly advocate adding a way to search your property on “my Bloomington” by address/Including the survey designation in all of the list of information that pops up when you type in your address there.
