Unsure who to report this to. Our neighbor across the street from us; we are 3710 N Armstrong Dr and they are 3735 N Armstrong Dr; they have broken down cars lined up on the street. Flat tired, packed full of junk and trash, and a huge eyesore. Their yard, all around their house, is littered with trash, furniture and more. There must be ordinances that are against this?! Especially the several dumpy, trashy, some with tarps over them, just lining the street?! Water snd street debris gets trapped under and around them as well, causing a flooded area on that side of the street. Please tell the people at 3735 N Armstrong Dr to clean up and get their broken cars OFF the street.

The following neighbors of mine have trash littered all over the property, it's x100 times worse than Joe Davis's property, and I'd really like to have someone come please help me and my kids with this. They bring methhead friends to sleep in the tent behind the house, their sewer drains into yard, the summers are pure hell for my kids because they get bitten up so bad they cannot play outside and I can barely do mowing because all the tires and junk on the property where mosquitoes live. There are dozens of ferral cats running all over the place jumping into my trash containers that live on their property. The front and back yard have broken down vehicles leaking god knows what into the ground. he takes engines apart in the front yard, that spills off into mine.
Why is Joe Davis' property headline news and these peoples aren't? I'm very confounded by this.
I know you guys are busy but please help in getting them to clean this up.

Huge pile of refuse on the north side of building with boxes, recycling, etc., strewn about all over and piled up making places for rodents to dig through and creating a fire hazard. Elevate says this is an IU property (?) so not sure what can be done, if anything. Originally a beautiful building, but it now looks Third World - current inhabitants are irresponsible, inconsiderate, and/or oblivious, whoever they are.

Can the city conduct a review of the historic preservation board? There is little to no predictability, and I'm confused what purposes the city has for the group. Who do they represent? They don't seem to favor property owners or take cost into consideration but they also don't seem to favor the public by thinking what would the public want to save. And they don't favor the neighbors (and shouldn't because it shouldn't be just about making folks rich enough to own historic homes richer) as they don't listen to them either? Who do they listen to? And what are they saving for who? There should definitely be protection, I'd just like to know better what their goals are. I don't know if the group functions as intended.

Why was a massive CDBG amount given to a pantry based in Ellettsville as the primary donor, when CDBG is specifically for City Limits. Not just that but the pantry is based at a Missouri Synod church, well known for LGBT hatred, and so discouraging to LGBT patrons to utilize. Are there details that have not been made public as to how this specifically will benefit Bloomington? Who is the HUD contact I can report this to at the federal level for Bloomington?
