There are multiple bags of garbage lying in the front near the sidewalk and some have been ripped open by animals. These have been out there for several days.

The two building directly to the north of my building are currently unsafe with multiple viewings of homeless and users coming and going from in between the buildings. It's not safe for anybody to be back there with the activity that happens daily. The light on that property is also out and there have been homeless camping in the unkept wooded area behind my property that is owned by the City. I thought that the two buildings were to be torn down at one point, but it seems that the issues were temporarily fixed and the owner was allowed to keep the buildings up. 1103 & 1105 have been abandoned and the entire properties have not been mowed for over 3 months. The overgrown woody and herbaceous vegetation is over 2 feet long. Source of vermin like raccoons and possums

The growth on this wire has caused the bottom wire to sag a lot. Not sure which wire this is or how to tackle the growth. It’s behind my house at 1324 e allendale and between the neighbors.

Trash was left out all last week. One can was knocked over and debris spilled out. Trash not collected again today. (Also, Trash in recycling bin.)

The venting system that should be connected to the dryer is not properly connected. Therefore, lint has been piling up behind the dryer for approximately a year now, which is a major, major fire hazard. The previous tenets told the landlord about this issue on August 21st, 2020, but this issue wasn't resolved and still has not been resolved. The landlord has been given proper notice that this issue needs to be fixed and it has not been.

This household often leave garbage cans in the street for days. Our garbage was picked up on Monday and I can still sit out there today. Please tell them once again that they need to take the cans in the day the garbage is picked up.

Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing. Referred to as "ponds". This has caused an increase in critters and bugs in the area. I would like this request to remain anonymous please...
