It appears that here is an obvious over occupancy at the above address. I counted no less 9 cars there on 6-23-24, and there is consistently at least 6 different cars there lined up and down the road, and several adults their on a consistent basis. This is obviously against code and not safe for visibility along that part of the road. I will gladly get photos if needed.
My husband and I are present members of the YMCA, and go this facility often. We are concerned about the lack of cleanliness of the locker room, bathrooms and the drinking fountains. This is a health risk to our community, with the potential for diseases. Also, the drinking fountain in the track area is warm, plus never cleaned. Another example is in the shower. I have seen something left accidently like a shampoo bottle, and I will see it there for weeks at a time. The shower smells of urine,and it is NOT clean. Again, we are very concerned about possible diseases. The health department needs to do an inspection. My husband and I have complained to the YMCA multiple times, but nothing has changed. Two manhole covers on Sassafras Hill Apartment complex (managed by Hunter Bloomington Properties) have been damaged for over 6 months. As you can see, the damage is quite severe. Rather than fix the issue, HBP has relied on traffic cones/barrels to block traffic from riding over the defective manholes.
The potholes going into The Village are INSANE. I have called and called the office and have yet to get a clear answer as to when these multiple potholes would be filled. One of my friends works in the office and said they are aware- and are also aware they are 4 inches deep. The road going into the complex is very narrow and now filled with potholes- making it impossible to avoid them. These will cause very serious damage to my car.
Can you please reach out to Hunter Properties and ask them to fix the potholes not fixable by the city? Thank you!!

Recycling and/or trash bins left on street for days after collection most/all weeks.
Neighbor leaves recycling bin at curb for days after pickup. Today is Thurs, pickup was Monday morning, bin is still at street. This is a common occurence.
Neighbor is pumping his basement water 24 /7 onto property line flooding my backyard. Is this illegal?
