Neighbors down the block at 1506 S Nancy Street are leaving trash and recycling containers by the curb continuously, in violation of city code. In addition they leave trash out front that is an unsightly neighborhood mess.
1310 Multiple (~10) painted tires piled in the yard. There is an ordinance to prevent this due to the toxins released into our water system by decaying tires.
Trash on and around back deck. Trash on front porch and in front of garage.

3800 Lorelei Way bloomington Indiana trash debris furniture left out front and couch and tv stand left on patio and white car in front abandoned. I am a new tenant I have asked the owner Matthew Cascio when items will be disposed he has not responded has been a week now and rodents are coming out at night
Since there is a new historic survey approved by council, please fix this link: https://bloomington.in.gov/historic-bloomington/survey Also I would strongly advocate adding a way to search your property on “my Bloomington” by address/Including the survey designation in all of the list of information that pops up when you type in your address there.
I'm not sure which topic to put this under but "Hazards" seems appropriate given the current situation. Our Homeowners Association and property manager are having trouble keeping things under control during this pandemic. There have been resignations and no one seems to be in charge. Landscapers are seen milling about the buildings and grounds without notice or regard to social distancing, let along wearing any PPEs such as face masks. We understand more contractors are on the way, too, and there may be instances of price gauging. Neighbors in this tightly-packed community are understandably concerned for their health and safety. Help/advice is needed. Thank you.
Front porch and back yard have a lot of cans, bottles, boxes, indoor furniture and other debris.
