The owner of this renter occupied building (Tariq Khan) and/or the tenants have not taken their garbage out to the curb for pickup in three weeks. Also, this home has rain gutters and downspouts that go directly into the ground or into areas between the home and neighboring houses - which is causing water damage to the neighboring houses.

Adding a photo to the report I made yesterday, #183806. I've knocked on the door a couple times to connect with my new neighbors (house bought this past fall) before making this report but there is never anyone home.

What does it mean when a HAND report says "Will monitor"? Specifically, how long does the office wait until an actual fine is assessed? For example, see case #183713. Parker will not keep the lawns cut unless someone pesters them about it.
Grass is way too tall.
House was recently demolished, but there is still yard remaining (both private and City right-of-way) that needs to be mowed. Grass is very long, but landlord needs some "nudging" to get him to maintain the property. Perhaps a large fine would encourage him to be a better steward of the properties he owns (?)
