Lawn needs cutting again.
Trash bins have been sitting in front yard and on sidewalk for weeks. Request they be stored in back (west side) of house.
Can the city conduct a review of the historic preservation board? There is little to no predictability, and I'm confused what purposes the city has for the group. Who do they represent? They don't seem to favor property owners or take cost into consideration but they also don't seem to favor the public by thinking what would the public want to save. And they don't favor the neighbors (and shouldn't because it shouldn't be just about making folks rich enough to own historic homes richer) as they don't listen to them either? Who do they listen to? And what are they saving for who? There should definitely be protection, I'd just like to know better what their goals are. I don't know if the group functions as intended.
Neighbors trash overflowing, spilling everything as animals get into it.
Sewage keeps backing up in our bathtub - smells terrible, toilet doesnt flush when this happens and cant be used. Standing water on the floor/carpet. These issues keep happening and the apartment complex says that they fix it and then it happens again. This time maintenance said it is an airconditioning unit. I can explain more if you can call me. Thank you!
Random neighbors trash can still sitting on the curb in front of my house, full of garbage. Been there since trash day when it got ignored for being overly full.
Yard is full of debris.
After the tenants of this property moved at the end of May a truck was left full of garbage. It hasn't moved the entire month.
Garbage piled in yard at 706 N. Washington for weeks.
