3901 E Morningside. Already reported to somewhere on ureport a trailer parked on the grass for weeks now, but trash is also now being horded along N Smith by this home. Unfortunately not a first time issue. Thank you.
There are too many houses owned by too few people that some of us who don't want to be rent slaves can't buy our own places. Please disallow house hoarding.
At the intersection of Clark and 8th Street, there is a house that the owner has completely filled with old newspapers. Now that the house has no more space he is starting to put newspapers into the front yard. The owner has also put gas containers in front of the building. I am concerned that this is a big fire hazard.
