The prior uReport was finalized by saying the issue was mitigated. I walked by this morning and it hasn't been mitigated. The missing sidewalk is on the west side of Sare Rd about 200 yards south of Moore's. It's across the street from the Verona Coffee shop. Blocked sidewalk: Unkempt overgrowth of 500 S. Hawthorne yard is blocking the Hunter Street sidewalk on SE corner of Hunter and Hawthorne and is blocking wheelchair and stroller accessibility.

There is a homeless camp that has formed on the sidewalk and curb. The area is a safety hazard with the open air drug market of Seminary Park across the street and now there's a mushrooming number of folks under the influence of drugs that are camped out around the clock on the sidewalk/curb.

Hi! Filing as a resident. The people who live at 508 N Adam’s have been blocking the easement that runs between their propert and the tow lot, connecting Alexander St. To the B-Line. Last time I asked about this access point, I believe COB was planning to put a sidewalk in. The pile blocking the easement has grown since I took the attached. Thank you!

Tree limbs are growing across the sidewalk at heights well below 8 feet on both the Hawthorne and 2nd St. faces of this process, impeding pedestrian access.

In front of the house at 521 W. 4th Street, the sidewalk on the south side of 4th Street is very narrowed because the plants are growing over the sidewalk. It would be great if they trimmed back these plants so that the sidewalk is clear.

There are tall orange cones in front of 521 W. Kirkwood & pink paint marking the lawn & sidewalk. Same set-up across the street. If the city is planning to dig up something--pipes, et, will this affect where the BL Transit can pickup & drop passengers? I catch the bus in front of 521 to go to work. Thanks.

There is a hydrant with a big mound of dirt adjacent to it and snow fencing surrounding it completely. This is at 9th and Fairview. This seems like a hazard. It looks to be part of the city’s fiber project
