Blocked Sidewalk:

Other: Hi! Filing as a resident. The people who live at 508 N Adam’s have been blocking the easement that runs between their propert and the tow lot, connecting Alexander St. To the B-Line. Last time I asked about this access point, I believe COB was planning to put a sidewalk in. The pile blocking the easement has grown since I took the attached. Thank you!
