Hi Kyle, passing this back to you for investigation. The reported address was incorrect. Based on the photo, this report is for 508 N Adams St--the property across 10th Street. Beacon seems to show this area as ROW and google streetview shows that this was not framed off as a private driveway as recently as April of 2026. Feel free to pass it back to me if this area is actually not in the ROW.

Joy, it appears the reported address is adjacent to two streets per county GIS, not an alley. Engineering staff looked and indicated this does not appear to be inside of the ROW so may be for us. I looked at most recent eagle view imagery and one of the adjacent properties appears to have a similar area sectioned off likely as a driveway. As all single family homes can have one driveway, this may be serving as such. Please add this to the list of items to investigate as we have time and we can take a look and see if this is compliant or if there are any items Planning can address. Thanks!
