Other: Rental property owner has built a semi-permanent structure in a KNOWN public right of way blocking the ability for people to walk freely to the B-Line and blocking the ability for the B-Line security service folks to connect to West Summitt St.. SEVERAL neighbors have reported this issue to the City. One neighbor brought Council Member Rosenbarger to the site to show it to her. We want this structure removed and would like the City to make the right of way more obvious. WHAT IS THE CITY GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?
