So you're doubling the width of the sidewalk from 5ft to 10ft for a recreational path. Great. But does that mean you've also doubled the amount of sidewalk I'm now responsible to clear of snow in the winter? Should I be dumping tea into Lake Monroe?

So my driveway and the sidewalk has been completely gone for a month now, without any notice from the city. Progress... It has been replaced with loose gravel, a mess of heavy equipment traffic, and ... nothing for many weeks now. My wife cannot drive her small car over this mess without bottoming out. I haven't been able to drive my motorcycle over this mess because it's too soft for a full touring bike. The contractors spend all their time making an even bigger mess of soft gravel. Mayor Hamilton: when will you make this virue signaling mess a priority? I want my front yard back. I want my driveway back. I want my sidewalk back. FINISH IT SOON.

The road/sidewalk construction crew sprayed concrete on my car as I was driving down the street. I assume they were cleaning out the cement truck, but ended up spraying the hose as I drove by splattering my car with cement and rocks. I think it will all wipe off and not harden on the car, but I'm not exactly happy about it or having to clean it up.

The sidewalk closed signs have been removed from the new pathway on High Street, yet the new driveways that were poured are several inches higher than the pathway. This is a significant hazard for pedestrians, and bikers.

Construction workers from the path project here along Montclair near Southeast Park entrance left lots of debris behind along the sidewalk. They're long gone and didn't attempt to clean any of this up.

South bound lane,West side of street, going uphill, there is a prominent outward portion of the curbing. It is painted yellow, but now black from repeated contact by vehicle tires. It needs to be rounded off, and move toward the sidewalk. When I struck this prominent angled curb, it resulted in a blowout of my right front tire. The Bland wrecker truck driver said “ Oh, I get lots of business from that curb” so my experience is not unique. Please fix for the nest drivers, and contact me if there are any questions. There are two signs that were blocking the sidewalk all summer saying that the sidewalk ahead was closed for construction. They never served any useful purpose and the construction has been done for weeks. Someone moved them onto the grass, but they should be taken away because you can still bump your head on them.
