There is an URGENT need for a stop light at the intersection of 10th street and John Hinkle Place with Woodbridge Apartments. Specifically, children are crossing that intersection every day to board school buses. I have personally witnessed occasions when cars traveling both east and west in 10th street have had to apply brakes in an emergency manner to avoid fatalities. I can assure you it is only a matter of time before pedestrians and vehicles will be involved in accidents resulting in fatalities. The City of Bloomington is hereby put on notice that unless this emergency situation is not addressed the result will be fatalities. I made the mistake of driving down 14th St at the new development today when I saw it was open. I cannot believe that the city allows something like this to exist! I have never seen a road in such bad condition within the city and it is upsetting that we continue to allow this to happen.

Reponse to Jane Fleig. If Hathaway Ct. is not a city street, what kind of street is it? we are all paying city taxes? You said the developer is still responsible for maintenance and issues. The developer went bankrupt and you, the city, let the developer's bond expire. So who's responsibility is it? I believe it is the city's. It's been turned over to you. The city needs to add a drain on the curb. It was installed in the wrong location. UReport 180700

On S High Street, adjacent to the back yard of 2102 E Wimbleton there is a footpath that has had some orange safety barriers on it for who knows how long. Are there any plans to fix that fence? It looks like someone ran into it ages ago.

The work going on with utility poles from 17th & Rogers intersection to the Arlington roundabout is often dangerous for traffic. Local businesses are still open since they cut off the intersection itself and adjacent neighbors need access. Basically no street striping is present there’s random marks on one side that would be too tight of a lane, in addition to a partially ground up area of previous striping that still has a lot present and reflectors. The whole road needs redone. When is the projected finish of the utility pole relocation? This is a HUGE hazard.

I am concerned about the north-south alley between E. Wilson and E. Driscoll running behind the 1300 blocks of S. Lincoln and S. Grant. The alley entrance at Wilson is not perpendicular to the street, curving onto the property at 1315 S. Lincoln. Furthermore, a large bush on the east side of the alley is blocking the sightline of the street; cars driving west on Wilson cannot see cars approaching the street from the alley, nor can cars in the alley see traffic approaching on Wilson. I request that the city straighten this part of the alley to align with the connecting north-south alleys and improve the sightline. Thank you.
