I have complained 50 times in the last ten years about my neighbor overgrown yard especially the bamboo which I have to cut back every month or risk it taking over my yard , and in those ten years only one time has the city done anything . The owner was issued a warning in August I believe but she still hasn’t cut down the bamboo or the extreme overgrowth on our property line wich hangs over onto my roof. There is a big growth of bamboo on Parrish Drive right across from Kroger North's entrance off of Kinser Pike. It looks like it is 10 ft high and very dense...possibly on the city right of way. I understand the city is trying to eradicate it.

1. The backyard is littered with mountains of junk and trash and causing mosquitos to proliferate. 2. Engines and car parts are leaking oil into the soil. HAND went there before but the owners covered all their trash with a tarp to hide it. They have a lot of toxic material on this property. 3. A man and woman who were just convicted of methamphetamine moved their RV right next to my house and are leaving trash and junk everywhere. Can someone ask them to move this?

We are having issues with our neighbors at 1719 w. Gray street. They are offloading immense amounts of trash. They took loads and massive piles of trash and covered it with a tarp. These things have been reported before but they keep trying to hide it and cover it up. Also an RV has been moved onto the property and people are living in it, and it’s very unclean.

Hi there! It seems like every week there is an accident at the intersection of N Washington and 7th street. I’m wondering if you could put a stop sign there since it’s really dangerous for people driving and pedestrians crossing. Thanks!

On the west side of N. Williams St. between 8th and 9th Sts., the yard is so overgrown that it blocks half the width of the street, making it difficult to navigate when other cars are approaching during most of the year and impossible to navigate when snow plowing further narrows the passage.

First off, I want to say thanks for the stop sign that was recently installed on 7th St at the B-Line trail crossing. This is much appreciated but I have a suggestion for a small change to help improve safety even further. I walk that intersection multiple times a day and see cars that seem to think it is a 4-way stop. If a car stops (and TBH most do not stop) I have seen multiple cases where the car thinks they then have the right away and proceed in front of crossing bikes and pedestrians. My suggestion is to add signage that says "cross traffic does not stop" or similar which is very common for other 2 way stops around the city. That would just be one more sign to the drivers that the trail traffic has the right away and is not required to stop. Thanks!

It is very difficult to see the westbound traffic when stopped on Highland going north and trying to turn onto 3rd street. The TIS building obstructs the view.
