When it rains, water sheds to the west off the B-Line and drops sediment on the sidewalk along Kirkwood. It seems preferable that the water would shed toward Morton Street where the storm water drains can do their job. The sediment deposit from the rain last week is still covering the sidewalk on the north side of Kirkwood.
The red exit sign in lot one has been hit and it’s now leaning over the sidewalk and may fall over.
Samira stores the outdoor furniture in front in on the sidewalk.
There are two street lights out I believe are city maintained that are just flashing. They are on 100 W. Kirkwood. First one is in front of Tivoli. It’s next to last closest too College Ave. it’s by a bench. Didn’t see a number on pole. Second light is next to the entrance to Fountain Square Mall. It’s the pole that would be close to Walnut. Or if your looking at the entrance from the sidewalk, it would on the right. It’s also just flashing nonstop as well.
There is graffiti on the sidewalk on E. Dodds between Mobile Repair Service and the bridge over Clear Creek.
Missing several bricks in sidewalk between the pourhouse and old national bank. Hazard for peds and cars
The sidewalk along E Azalea continues to be covered with leaves, scrub brush and a fallen tree. This is alongside Winslow Woods. I reported this six weeks ago. Everyone in our neighborhood has to walk in the street along this city owned sidewalk. I've got a good photo that I'm unable to include with this ticket as it blows the photo up to just some giant leaves rather than showing the obstructed sidewalk.
Winslow Woods is once again overgrowing into the sidewalk along E Azalea.
CVS’s retaining wall flanking the east, Walnut-side sidewalk is collapsing onto the sidewalk and depositing cement landscaping blocks onto the sidewalk
