Other: There are two street lights out I believe are city maintained that are just flashing. They are on 100 W. Kirkwood. First one is in front of Tivoli. It’s next to last closest too College Ave. it’s by a bench. Didn’t see a number on pole. Second light is next to the entrance to Fountain Square Mall. It’s the pole that would be close to Walnut. Or if your looking at the entrance from the sidewalk, it would on the right. It’s also just flashing nonstop as well.
