For the love of god, PLEASE clear all brush, trees, grasses, anything growing into the side path on the west side of Sare Rd and the side walk and side path on the east side of Sare Rd from Moores Pike south to East Rhoher Rd. Both sides need cleared and cut back. Someone came out and cut back ONE bush that was overgrown but the rest of the problems down the path were barely touched and continue to reduce the side path to half it's original width. Same just north of Rogers and Sare traffic circle, on east side of Sare. It's been like that for years with little to no response to ureports or work actually being completed. The stretch north of Rhoher on eastside of Sare needs mowed REGULARLY. It is also severely angled, has rough broken surface and is not safe for anyone using a wheelchair or electric runabout scooter. Please send someone out that can take care of our tax dollar community investments. Thank you.

I biked downtown this afternoon for a trip to the public library. Upon arrival I discovered that every space in the bike racks surrounding the library were taken by Veo scooters. Attempting to move a scooter to park my bike was extremely difficult, as the scooter wheels immediately locked up, and scooters are simply to heavy to lift and move. Allowing a private scooter company to completely monopolize all available bike parking around the public library is not acceptable. Why is this allowed? Could the rules around scooters in the city be reviewed and this specific issue addressed? To clarify, I don't believe users had parked the scooters here. It seems as if they were deployed and staged in these spots. Thank you.

1203 s Lincoln. Overgrown weeds blocking sidewalk. Elderly lady on mobility scooter unable to get past as well as other pedestrians without going into the street. But those is wheelchair unable to get back onto sidewalk over curb.

If no citation or fine is issued, I would like to be notified within a reasonable time with the specific reasons why the local law will not be enforced in this instance. Thanks.

I believe this infraction is citable and finable under the city's ordinance. I'm trying to combine five separate complaints into one, as they are similar in nature (improperly parked scooters on sidewalks) and they're likely to forwarded to the legal department anyway. So I figured I would batch them up. I think each of the five photos show a scooter that should cause the city to cite and fine the company under city code. If they're not cited and fined, I would like an explanation within a reasonable time why they're not being cited and fined.
