I work in the County Government Center on the north end of the Showers Building. The HVAC unit associated with the City of Bloomington Government Center is creating so much noise that it is audible in my office. This is a public nuisance. Even to walk into the Showers Building at the 10th Street entrance is almost unbearable due to the screeching, incessant noise. Nobody should have to hear that awful noise. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to some peace and quiet. Curious to know when this HVAC unit was installed and if it is slated for replacement anytime soon.

I am a neighbor of this address. Twice in the past year, the two dogs who live at this property have been in the street and charged me and my dog. On another occasion, one of the dogs charged the property's fence and attempted to bite me by reaching *over* the fence. I have reported two of these instances to Animal Control. The last time (when the dog attempt to bite over the fence), the Animal Control officer told me that he had explained to the owners that their fence violates zoning by being too close to the sidewalk, and that the owners had expressed an intention to remove the fence in the front and keep the dogs in the back. However, I have heard, "We keep the dogs in the back" multiple times, when that is not true. The Animal Control Officer suggested that I could contact the city's zoning office, to have the fencing issue in the front yard addressed. I cannot find a way to contact Zoning specifically, so I am submitting the request here. FWIW, other people have had encounters with these dogs, though I don't know if they have reported it. Thank you.

The City of Bloomington social media is advertising for and promoting the murder of babies who have no voice. I don’t pay city taxes for the mayor’s office and the city of Bloomington to promote murder of anyone. I would like the city of Bloomington to retract all statements promoting the abortion of babies. They are not promoting an “all resources” statement, instead they are promoting scare tactics and only providing information with regards to abortion. Unacceptable and if not taken seriously, there will be further action taken legally. You are instilling fear into the public.

Somebody hit my car in the Morton St garage. That parking garage is loaded with newer security cameras, one pointing at the perfect angle for the incident. I need to know who hit my car and possibly get the footage, but theres never anyone in the garage office. There are also no phone numbers that I can find.

Abandoned car? White Toyota, License IN 800ARI, with multiple flat tires, noted 1/2 between 4th and 5th on Elm has not moved for more than 2 weeks. Parking spot not associated with Pk&Rec office or house on Kirkwood.

Crescent Union Apts and Stryker Towing my vehicle was parked in visitors with proper tags ect...parked 3am by 11am it was gone. Stryker stated the leasing office requested it towed claimed flat tire.. it wasnt flat when I parked it there. The lot was riddled with broken glass. They also claim two vehicles same as mine both towed within 48 hrs timeframe...so many people whom already face financial hardship are getting their transportation taken and unable to pay fees. After two days it was already $265... that day I called was told they'd get back with me no one was there at lot to release my vehicle. It's now $1350 I'm medically frail and now stranded here homeless no way to get back to my hometown. Please help? Woman living in car outside framemakers - not paying parking meter and area around car covered in trash. Wakes up local residents in the middle of the night screaming profanities. Not sure why the city is allowing this behavior. Attempted to call the mayors office but they have stopped responding to calls.
