After the last heavy rain in Bloomington, I noticed a large tree next to Jackson Creek on The Goat Farm is going to fall. The roots are showing and the tree is leaning over the creek water. It looks very dangerous because sometimes the children come to play in the water and they may get hurt. If no action is taken, the tree will fall down into the water and block the creek water flowing and cause more damage later. Please see the picture attached above.

Hello. Last year there was a major rainstorm in Bloomington that managed to adversely affect the storm drainage between my house and the next door neighbor. The storm activity managed to wash out a small corner of soil on the other side of the fence. Now any time it rains and thereafter, the ground is fairly wet (puddles) and the corner with missing soil fills up. This water manages to linger for days from outside the fence and through the yard. I'm requesting someone from Stormwater to visit my home on 10 June 2022; any time of day is fine. I ask for this date because I'm off work and we can survey together. This has been an ongoing issue for some time and I'm seeking suitable remedy. I have additional photos to share, however, seeing this in person would be beneficial. Low water pressure and the water is cloudy.

The renter has had eight tires sitting in front of his garage since August of 2023. He has been asked to remove them but he only parked his huge white SUV in front of them. 1. they are unsightly 2. during the warm months the mosquitos will breed in the trapped water.

There is some type of water leak between the sidewalk and the road at the corner of S Tudor Lane and E Allendale Drive. The ground is soft and there is water that has flowed into the street.

The neighborhood has insufficient street drainage for runoff, and this has threatened to flood my home again after yesterday’s rain. It already flooded with extensive damage in 2021, simply because the developers have inadequately accounted for the necessary drainage. I have documented the issue with the ONE drain on the downward slope of the street, where the water pools, meeting my front door, and even moving four parked cars. I would appreciate the benefit of your expertise regarding this matter as soon as is feasible for you. I have also contacted my homeowner’s association for assistance. Thank you!

Last week there was a water main issue on N Kinser Pike very close to the entrance of Upper Cascades Park. There is a deep cut made in the pavement as you are driving N that will make you get new tires and an alignment. The signage is good but that doesn't go far enough. THE HOLE NEEDS ABOUT 4 INCHES OF FILLER AND SMOOTHED. THANKS. I'd say we could bury some evidence in it..but I'm not sure that's a good idea. Because I live next to Cascades Golf Course and many, many people drive that portion of Kinser Pike please HURRY UP..

Requesting an update on case #171056. Our storm water inlets are undersized and unable to handle the water flow coming to these inlets. During heavy rains these inlets clog just like last night 4/8/2020 photo attached. Much appreciate the update on this project to bring the storm water system on our road up to date.
